Samsung Starts Mass Production of eUFS 3.0 Based 512GB Storage Solution
"Samsung announced that it has started mass production 512GB eUFS 3.0 chips. The chip will be the industry's first 512GB eUFS 3.0 for mobile devices, which is twice as fast as eUFS 2.1. The key difference with eUFS 3.0 chip is the enhanced speed, offering a sequential read rate of 2,100 MB/s, which is more than twice the read rate of eUFS 2.1. Sequential write rate is also significantly higher at 410MB/sec (as compared to 260MB/sec in eUFS 2.1).
