MEA Smartphone Market Report, Q3 2022

Overview:

Smartphone shipments fell 4.8% QoQ to slightly below 35 million units, marking the region’s third straight quarterly decline. Q3 2022 was MEA’s worst quarter since Q2 2020 in terms of shipments. Further, smartphone penetration in Q3 2022 fell below 60%, reaching pre-pandemic levels.
