Our Research Director Neil Shah will be moderating a Panel Discussion and Q&A on Handsets & Ecosystem to Enable Digital Highway at the India Mobile Conclave 2018

India is, by some estimates, already the world's second largest smartphone market, buoyed by falling prices of data and devices. But the next critical step for the government is to push Make in India up a notch to make India a powerhouse of value-added local manufacturing, keeping in mind the lack of a devices ecosystem, absence of part suppliers and a complex tax regime. Affordable phones bundled with content are key to connecting the unconnected millions in India. And along with these come the issue of data privacy. All of these elements are key to the success of the data revolution in the country.
