Top 10 List Consolidates Further to Just Apple and Samsung.

Highlights:

• Apple and Samsung dominated the top 10 list in Q1 2024, each capturing five spots. Together, they took 22% of the total smartphone market.

• Seven of the 10 smartphones on the list had a global wholesale ASP of over $600 as flagships consolidated market share.

• The top four spots on the list were captured by the iPhone 15 series, which, along with the iPhone 14, accounted for 84% of Apple’s Q1 2024 sales.

• Samsung smartphones on the list accounted for over a third of the brand’s Q1 2024 sales due to their presence across price bands.

• Samsung’s flagship S24 series captured two spots driven by the early launch this year and the warm reception of its GenAI features.

• Samsung’s A series captured the remaining three spots due to their good value for money and presence across price bands.

• Samsung’s Galaxy A05 was the only entry-level and LTE-capable smartphone on the list.
