Global smartwatch shipments fell 9% YoY in Q4 2024, marking the fourth straight quarter of the annual decline. The overall decrease was driven by a significant slowdown of India's previously thriving local smartwatch brands, combined with the fall in NAM smartwatches shipments. Among the top five brands, only Apple saw a decline in shipments, due to minimal upgrades in its latest series and the absence of the Watch Ultra 3.
