eSIM Consumer Awareness Survey: eSIM in Travel
Overview : The adoption of eSIM technology in the consumer space is gradually expanding to include diverse use cases, such as international travel. This report analyzes consumer sentiment toward travel eSIMs based on responses from 3,535 participants across seven countries: the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Japan, and Poland. It provides insights into consumer awareness of eSIM technology and examines how users are integrating travel eSIMs into their international roaming experiences. The study highlights key drivers of adoption, as well as the barriers that users face, offering a comprehensive view of the evolving travel eSIM landscape.
